KO Cup

Pepe Franc helped his team , Bewick Bandits, narrowly knock Stoke Potters out of the KO Cup last night in the 2nd leg at Loomer Road. After his first heat win in Heat 3, a 2-4 heat advantage with captain Paul Clews, he then received a very rare exclusion at the tapes for moving after the start marshall had walked away. He then recovered from that to help win a most important Heat 14 against Jaosn Bunyan which helped kept the Bandits in front on aggregate before they finished the match off in Heat 15 with a 4-2 against the impressive Jason Bunyan and Phil Morris.

Aggregate score: Stoke Potters- 87.... Berwick Bandits- 92
