Friday was a night to forget for Pepe, scoring just one point from his three rides in a rain soaked meeting which was eventually called off after heat 12.

Pepe was leading his first race before having an engine failure at the end of the first lap, in his second ride he was last out the tapes and stayed at the back, then in his final ride he was on on the receiving end of a Scunthorpe 5-1.

The meeting was rained off after twelve heats with Scunthorpe taking the victory 43-33.
